      I’ve been studying English for nearly three years, but I am not good at it. I find it so difficult to learn that I nearly want to give it up. I don’t know what to do.       1. 没有很好审题。尽管也写了三个问题,但其中一个问题是提示中没有的,是自己根据自己的实际情况加的,不符合命题人的要求。假如把提示中的问题都包含进去了,再根据自己的实际情况添加一点东西,是可以的。
      2. what’s more 使用得不恰当。what’s more通常用来强调所说的东西更重要。此处用what’s worse更好。what’s worse 意思是"更糟糕的是",通常用来强调更加不好的东西。
      3. I don’t know what to do. 这句话属于总结性语言,不应该用在那里,应该用在问题陈述完毕的时候。本文已经有了总结性语言了,所以可以删去。

      I’ve been studying English for nearly three years, but I am not good at it. I find it so difficult to learn English that I nearly want to give up.       Powerful sentences:
      1. I find it so difficult to learn English that I nearly want to give up.我发现学习英语太难了,以至于我想放弃。
      1) find it adj. to do sth. "发现干某事怎么样"。例如:I find it very enjoyable to play games.我发现做游戏很有趣。
      2) so ... that ... "太……以至于……"。例如:The boy was so clever that he worked out the problem in five minutes.这个男孩太聪明了,在五分钟之内就把这道题解出来了。
      3) give up "放弃"。这个短语可以跟宾语。当后面的宾语为代词时必须放在up之前；当表达"放弃干某事"的时候,用give up doing sth.。这个短语也可以不跟宾语。例如:He has given up smoking.他已经戒烟了。Don’t give up.不要气馁。
      2. In English class I can’t follow you because of my poor listening ability. 英语课上由于我听力差听不懂你的课。
      1) follow在此意为"理解"。例如:I did not follow what you were saying.我不明白你说的话。
      2) because of "由于",相当于一个介词,后面跟名词；because是连词后面跟句子。例如:He did not come to school yesterday because of his illness.= He did not come to school yesterday because he was ill. 因为他病了,所以昨天没有来上学。      3. Although I have spent a lot of time on them, I still can’t use words correctly.尽管我在词汇上面花了不少时间,但仍然不会正确使用。
      1) although "尽管；虽然",是连词,引导让步状语从句。留意不能与but连用。例如:Although the girl is young, she knows a lot.尽管这个女孩年龄不大,但她的知识却很渊博。
      2) spend ... on ... "在某方面花时间或者金钱等"。例如:We spend two hours on English every evening.我们每晚花两个小时学习英语。
