      II Teaching procedures
      1.Greetings and leading.
      Introduce a new friend Tom.
      Sing the song Hello, hello. I’m glad to meet you.
      Greet individual students.
      Talk about their hobbies and ask whether they like drawing or not.
      Tell them our friend Tom also likes drawing.
      2.Presentation and drills
      Show Picture 1 and Picture 2.
      Say: I think Picture 1 is bad.
      Picture 2 is worse.
      Little teachers teach the words bad, worse.
      Individual students say the sentences
      I think … is bad.
      I think … is worse.
      Show Picture 3 and Picture 4 on the screen.
      Guide children to say
      Picture 3is good.
      Picture 4 is better.
      Say the chant
      Picture 1 is bad, bad .bad. bad .

      Children change words to make their own chants.
      3.Practice and listening.
